A few days ago, Ontario government has launched 16 policies to control the price of the housing in Ontario. Premier of Ontario Kathleen Wynne said she won’t guarantee this will work, but at least she has done something. This week, I have invited my friend Christy Lung (christylung.com) who is also a professional (full-time) real estate agent in the Great Toronto Area. This is definitely NOT a paid advertisement.
